just wondering what people came up with while reading the fluff, and what they're favored themed lists are. personally, i LOVE the YJ ISS penal regiment list idea:

I always loved playing this ISS list as an "Aggressive Pacification Unit"

I am not sure what your asking here, because every Sectorial list is kind of a themed list, or not?

I guess a themed list that aren't sectorial list might be vanilla list that try there best to do upcoming Sectorials, like Kazak, Tunguska or Huang Di (or what ever its called):
