Paradiso 101 CA - urgent help needed!

I'm playing Paradiso mission 101 tomorrow and need help refining the list ( I have it more or less but need feedback on details).

Mission summary for those who don't have Paradiso:
- Objective: enter B2B contact with alien tech marker (3 near the center line of the table), check if there's data (random), go to the right one, download it, upload to own satellite
- Downloading is WIP roll by engineer or WIP-6 by hacker, sending is WIP-6 (any enemy hacker can disrupt this by FTF WIP, success disables this model's upload for this turn), data carrier can encrypt data in contact with a baggage bot, sending encrypted data is full WIP roll and WIP-3 to counter.
- Infiltration/impersonation heavily penalized, no Mech Deployment.
- VPs: 1 for each successfully analyzed marker, 2 for getting enemy's data/downloading from a marker, 2 for successful satellite upload, 1 for each successful counter-hack.

I'll be facing an experienced player (I haven't played him yet, so don't know his style) playing PanO, either vanilla or the Acontecimento. IIRC they have horrible engineers but quite a few good hackers.

Skiavoro is the heavy hitter supported by both HMGs, in case he dies I have an engineer with 6-4 move and 16 WIP
Dats are for smoke synergy with the Vector and potential Coma if they do kill someone (everyone in PanO has a cube except some knights IIRC? )
Noctifer, Kurgat, Medtech - specialists, because having no engineer is death here. Also, all with at least 4-4 move.
Q-Drone is the murderbot, also anti-AD defense. Aswang is another anti-AD defense and ADHL in case of a TAG. Besides, I like them
Batroid is the baggagebot for data encryption.
Pretas (2 old, 2 new) are harassers and terrain blockers.

MY QUESTIONS:
- Kurgat: leave him as is, or upgrade to mk12 at the cost of 1 Imetron or Preta?
- is another Batroid worth 1 Imetron AND Preta? (I'd have to put him or one Dat in group 2)
- since I already have 4 harassers, should I kick out both Daturazis and get something that gets me proper support, maybe a Gwailo?
