Advanced Deployment Sci Fi Skirmish Gaming Aids

So about a year ago I saw that Advanced Deployment (primarily known in the Warmachine/Hordes community) started making "Sci-Fi Skirmish" gaming aids. I ordered a whole bunch of markers, and recently placed a second order for some more to fill in some holes I didn't have.

The best part is that you can choose your color for these clear acrylic markers. And you can pick and choose exactly what tokens you need and how many of each.

Nope. I found out about them back when I played Warmachine. It's a small 1 or 2 person company. They are actually starting to branch out into some laser-cut terrain similar to MAS type stuff. In my order that should be here later this week, I ordered a few pieces to see what they are like.

If you're letting people know about something cool you yourself bought as opposed to selling, it doesn't belong in the Retailers forum. That's for sellers. We try to keep them confined in there. For their own good of course.

This is the sort of thing that makes this forum good. Im in the market for tokens and templates, and never would have seen this on the other forum

Just a warning though, they are sometimes not so great at communicating with their customers. Facebook messages and emails tend to go unanswered sometimes, but I've never had any issue with orders being fulfilled quickly. Just keep in mind that it is a one-person operation.

I suspect this wont be a popular opinion, but I'd be a lot more supportive of the Advanced Deployment tokens if they did their own original designs for them instead of so many 'not-quite-the-CB-image' designs.

I agree with you completely on this one actually. I know MAS has caught a lot of flak of late but i prefer their markers still personally. But, that being said I am glad to see there are alternatives out there.

I use AD's stuff and like it a lot. I actually like that it's different from the MAS tokens, so I don't get my counters mixed with my opponent's, but not so different that my opponent has to learn what my counters look like. Especially like the 'ring' aoe template.
