Love these - especially the ability to "open" them to show they've been activated/emptied.

I do agree with others that they should be taller and/or larger so as to provide cover.

Hi Zen,

Just a quick post to say thanks really, I was massively impressed when my order showed up on Tuesday and spent a bit of time last night putting it together.

I ordered a couple of guard booths, a fast food stall, military outpost and a conversion kit.

They came superbly packaged compared to what I'm used to, in boxes similar to the infinity boxed sets and with a label on advising what was in each. Everything inside was protected really well with bubble wrap and bagged in resealable bags.

I picked out the guard booth and put the whole thing together in 15 minutes with no cutting, sanding, glue etc. required, it was fantastic!

I did pop a bit of glue on afterwards just on the floor and the roof and now it's solid as, there's no way it's coming apart.

I have some Micro Art buildings that I'd done before these and I will never again order their stuff, the time spent trying to cut everything out and sand it down, then forcing bits together because of the tight fit, which then meant some bits inevitably broke.

From my experience so far with your kits they are an absolute dream and I'll be ordering all my scenery from you from now on!

Thanks mate,

StokieRich

@ StokieRich

Wow, thank you for the kind words, customer satisfaction is at the top of my list.
It's a difficult balance between quick shipping and packing stuff up which is pre-cut, I chose the latter as that's what I would be expecting to be more user friendly. Takes a bit more time production wise but I think it's worth it.

Glad you like our stuff - there is going to be heaps more coming your way.

If it takes a day or two longer to ship, that's not a problem at all if the alternative is that they take twice or even three times longer to assemble. While the items ship I can use my time to assemble or paint minis, so I'm actually saving time if the terrain assembly is faster.
It's definitely my favorite feature with your terrain, next being the very good prices.

I brought a few HAB1 buildings and some bridges out to the FLGS today and was super happy with how they looked and played on the table. Got some nice positive comments from the other players, and I love that it was all so easy to build and paint.

Can't wait for my current order to finish making its way across the Atlantic so I'll have a full table of scenery.

I do like those Hab modules, particularly in stacked configuration, though my one niggle is the pre-scored lettering "HAB" on the building. I'd rather do that myself with paint, rather than be forced into it. Easy enough to cover it with some plasti-card or something but I think it limits things a little.

It's a nit-pick though as I do like 'em and may well pick some up in the near future :)

What i would love is a city bundle. For example 9 HAB1, 1 Medical Bay, 1 Food Stall and 1 Company Building.

Will there be a HAB2?

The HAB2 range will consist of BikeBar which is under development at the moment and other yet undisclosed buildings. Stay tuned.

What i would love is a city bundle.

It's a thing we are considering although with our prices I don't see a big discount on that, but who knows...

We've been busy with the orders and still are but there is always time for some more teasers.

Objective markers continue...

BTW: Tournament table from yesterday:

A shitload of people passing by stopped to comment on the terrain, everyone loved it.
I don't blame them Warhammer Fantasy and Warmachine are quite devoid of terrain.

I ordered A bunch of HAB1, the food stall, container, bases. I have only good things to say. I really like the simple but jet orginal look of the HAB1 buildings, fun to have the option of stacking them to a really tall building. I will order from them again.

My experience with Zen Terrain:

So I put in an order for the sexy looking Dice Tower, the Hab bundle, and some base toppers. I screwed up and missed the selection of Pay Pal or Bank transfer. Maybe it's the Canadian winter that's been a bit harsh the last couple of days but I screwed the pooch. In a panic I send out an e-mail and a PM through the forum here... 5 mins. 5 whole minutes, not the next business day, not 48 hours - the folks at Zen Terrain got back at me within 5 freaking minutes.

Infinity is an international game - I've been lucky to jabber and listen to folks from all around the world, when I travel or right here on the forums. Service is a universal language and the folks at Zen Terrain speak it fluently. Big props.

Looking forward to getting those buildings.

I put in a big Zen order over the holidays which got to me a little while ago, but I had no time to do anything with it.

Then I got the flu. This means plenty of hopped-up-on-DayQuil time to build:

Got all of that together today. Pretty painless, except for some of the fiddly details on the billboard and some of the recessed windows on the military outpost building.

And man, even without paint on it it looks great. Super happy with it.

I just got my Hab 3 bundle, base toppers, park set and dice tower. The peices are pre-cut and plenty protected by being shipped in a box and covered in the all wonderful buble wrap.

I'll have a full review in the review section in a week or two, but spoiler alert - awesome stuff.

Hello good DS peeps.

We were so busy recently we have neglected the 'other' parts of our endeavor, but now we got back.

That one should be in store this week along with the bikes.

Ok I've just finished building and basing the Guard Post/Gate House, Hab Blocks (which are also painted), and the Dice Tower and they look awesome and were very easy to put together with the printed instructions. Least hassle terrain I've put together - no you finish this!?!. My wallet hates you - please keep up the good work - I'll look for a better paying job.

... damn that's nice looking.

Looks great! I think that's really cool that the HAB buildings fit right on top there. This may be a touch taboo, but do you know if other vehicles will fit in the parking area besides your bikes?

Well, check it with Wargaming Trader. They are said to buy used armies.
...that being said, I have a problem getting response from them...
