I'm looking for a copy of Bibliotek files #2 in Spanish or whatever other language it's been published in. Ideally I'd like an electronic copy, but if all you have is hardcopy I will retype.
The English PDF has a glitch in the PDF so I can't read the (un)official Public Security Section 9 stats for Saito.
Can someone help me out?

Bibliotek was an early fanzine for Infinity, there are four issues.

And Yasbir got me taken care of on the official forum, so I'm a happy camper with the semi-official GitS stats. Major "Queen Kong" Kusanagi is a freaking beast: Regular, Not Impetuous, 6-4MOV, CC19 BS14 PH15 WIP15 ARM5 BTS-3 2W, Veteran, Martial Arts L4, Super Jump, Infiltration, No Wound Incapacitation, Cube, TO Camo. Armed with a combirifle, hacking device, EXP CCW and pistol. Eat your damn heart out, Jerkilles!

Maybe wrong tool used to inspect it... but it seems the PDF is just a collection of images. So "fixing" would mean picture editing. Trying with the Spanish ones next. And yes, images again. Unsearchable too unless you use an OCR.
If not worth saving, is it worth rewriting? What is more, was it worth writing?

Basically no points changes between 1st and 2nd edition (2e is basically 1e with all the FAQs incorporated).
Only major tweak I am aware of is the changed SWC for multisnipers (to a flat 1.5, instead of troops like Keisotsu getting them for 0.5SWC).
No points listed for Public Security, but that's not a big deal. Well, unless you want to run them into ~40 Line Kazaks like the "Does not Equal" mission from the first season of Standalone Complex. Rough mission.
