New camo rule and other rule rumors

I'm trying to be positive. I can't recall when it was the last time I used any of my HI. Hopefully there will be a reason to sweep the dust from them or maybe buy one of the Knights.

Operation Icestorm previews seem to be indicating that HI will get a speed boost at the very least.

The rumours as whole provoke mixed reaction from me. Some units are supposed to get cheaper others should remain roughly the same, perhaps gain a new rule. Potentially a good card shuffle.

Did I read it right? MSV 1 reducing TO camo to -3?
My Riot Grrls would love it! (as would presumably all other MSV 1 models including the Bagh-Mari (cue the cartoon with B-M ridiculed for not being able to spot Croc-Man...)
