Specialists, specialists, and specialists 
First off you got to do some research to help yourself a little.
First stop - The Krug Podcast Episodes 7, 8 and 9
Next read the 2014 Scenarios and decide what you want to tailor your 2 lists too.
Finally come back here and give us some idea of what type of tournament you're likely to play in. How many points, is there any limitations you need to take into account, can you use a Spec Ops to help fill holes in your lists, Vanilla or Sectorial and finally what models do you own or refuse to get regardless of advice given.
Until then can't really give you anything thats not generic.
However here is some generic advice.
Ariadna can and in some ways should spam forward observer specialists with their cheap Infiltrating, Camouflage specialists quantity will often win out over quality. Especially since as a whole Ariadna lacks good HI specialists. Even the trusty Veteran Kazak Doctor still doesn't really have 2 wounds.
Do not overlook the usefulness of the old Chasseur Minelayer their cheap enough at 20 points and 0.5 SWC to afford to take 2 in a vanilla list just to cover the likely approaches of the enemy. Their mines are a deterrent and if thats not enough use their Light Flamethrower to good effect.
Uxìa McNeill specialist troop profile is still as effective now as it was in 2013 even though some missions means shes stuck in the 4 inches outside your enemies deployment zone.

What I do: Chef by trade, arsehole by choice and I play and TO for Infinity when I'm not being either.
It is going to be A 300 point Spec Ops. ITS. I have until May to prepare. Thanks for the good info.
