Had this come up in a game yesterday.
In my active turn my moved forward to Sekban draw LOF to a Tohaa Sakiel and I fired this Heavy Rocket Launcher at it. I needed to put the large circle template down as its a large fire damage template weapon twice and roll to see if my shot was successful. Both were good and I managed to kill the model targeted and another near by to easy things die.
BUT!
What would have happened if I failed my roll?
Would it deviate/disperse?
If so how?
Where do you place the template in direction of the No.1 symbol for example if you have a template weapon you are firing with LOF to its target
-------------------
My opponent that you put the No.1 symbol towards the direction of your initial shot. I.E. you draw a line from your model to theirs tracing the line at which your projectile in this case my missile would have too travel.
However I cannot find anywhere that it states this is the case with a shot that is NOT a Speculative Shot. Which in the case of firing at an enemy model within your LOF is clearly not.
Thoughts?
