Just like it says in the title,
Am I just overlooking the entry in the rulebook and the wiki? Their army entry stats limited camouflage and inferior infiltration. Is it a mis-print left over from N2?

Nope. They still have those rules as written and referenced in the N3 wiki.
They HAVE to deploy in the enemy half of the table (roll required) and can deploy as a camo marker, but once revealed, they lose ALL benefit of it (no -3 to be shot at, etc).

All they get is Surprise Shot.
And even that is just the once.
Unlike other camouflage, that retains the -3 BS mod when revealed, limited camo don't even have this.
