Couple of rules questions?

So, a few silly questions.

1. Sapper, 360 partial cover but not from above correct?

2. In active turn a Move/Move doesn't get to dodge shots at it unless it was a dodge/move or move/dodge?

1. it's not 360, it's partial cover in all directions. So from above as well.

2. Move-Move doesn't get to dodge.
