Kill something which is blocking LoF...

Dude A blocks LoF between me and Dude B. I shoot Dude A and move out of sight, Dude A dies. Does Dude B get LoF and an ARO during this order?

IMO no.
You're out of sight of dude B all the time, untill the Order was resolved. If you were not lucky with your attack, dude A would still be standing there...
The time to declare an ARO is after 1st Short Skill declaration (Move in this case - makes dude A ARO your movement), save for a case when there is no legit ARO by then, so you can ARO the 2nd Short Skill declaration (usually a result of another Move). Dude B wasn't able to declare ARO after your 1st Short Skill declaration (no LOS), and your 2nd Short Skill declaration (Shoot) still haven't granted him LOS.
What might have been granting him LOS was the execution of your Order (Move + Shoot). But you don't resolve an Order (make the rolls) untill all the Skills and AROs of that Order have been declared.
You can't ARO an Order after the dice were rolled. Dude B will be free, however, to ARO your subsequent Orders. If his buddy (dude A) was inside of his control zone, he's also entitled to a free Change Facing if his buddy goes down.

By the time you've resolved the shots and model A goes down, it's far too late to declare new AROs.
