Camo
I suspect this one crops up a lot, I'll admit to be confused by it all.
A; I have a camo marker in cover, I'm facing 1 enemy model who has a lof to me, 1 with her back to me, but I'm in her ZoC, so I know she can turn and face me.
I move out, he declares Discover and shoot, this much I understand.
Is he allowed to declare "alert" and if so, does that make the girl with her back to me, eligable to generate ARO once she turns around, but before I declare my second short skill? Normally not, but with Camo it's not so clear.
B; The guy says "discover and shoot" his discover roll fails and I announce an attack, this is a combat camo attack and I shoot before he does anything, now let's say he chose to wait for me to declare my second action, I declare attack, can he still declare discover? I'm revealing myself anyway at this point, but if he can declare that in response to my second action of attack, then he can avoid being "surprised", despite the fact I'm placing the model there anyway, I see this as the guy attempting to discover me as I move out, just in a different order to normal?
C: I move out, he declares he will wait, I declare attack.. it would seem he could announce dodge or shoot, but as I wasn't discovered, I think I'm still make a combat camo attack, that being the case then I assume his "dodge" decleration, wouldn't allow him to dodge my fire, but only to move 2" towards cover if he survived?
Kinda struggling with the Combat camo attack part more than most things, how you "surprise" someone seems to be all over the place, with many different views.
