Close combat with multiple models

I had weird situation.

Mine Daofei got stunned by warcore flash pulse, and finished order into base to base with enemy swiss guard (go free cc hit and wound)

Then i went into close combat with mine shaolin monk into that swiss guard, as first short skill then...

Mine opponent said that because both models are in combat (shaolin monk and daofei) they both participate in it and he can hit daofei.

Mine question is can he do it? Can he Aro into mine daofei even thought it is shaolin monk order?

Also another question does mine daofei give +1 to burst of shaolin close combat? I though even though he is stunned he still is another friendly model engaged with and provides it.

If you haven't activate stunned model im this order he cannot aro against him, because he doesn't provide any.

You have additional dice but not PH bonus.
