Two quick questions.

Do camo markers have facing and 180º line of sight?

Do you need to mark TO camo markers differently than normal camo?

Markers don't have facing. When a model reveals to do something, it gets to choose which facing to be placed with that gives it LoF if it's trying to do something.

From the FAQ:

- What Lof does a troop or troops as Camouflage and Hiding Marker have?

360º, because rules says "If the figure is Discovered or is automatically revealed, the Camouflage Marker is replaced by its miniature (or miniatures), facing how the player prefers."

Yes, you need to have a TO Camo marker distinct from the Camo marker because the two different marker types have different modifiers to discover. That's why the official TO Camo markers are one color, and the official Camo markers a different color.

Also, (at least in 2ed) TO Camo are capable of Hidden Deployment, where normal Camo are not.

Defintely, a major difference, justifying the use of different markers.
