I like the Haqqislam and Bakunin ones, could probably use them as stand ins for Engineers, in my opinion, but Scarface looks cool

I don't like the female models too. Sexism aside (I told my arguments several times and would prefer not to go back to that), they're just sculpted/painted worse than I expect from the Infinity standard. Scarface is clearly the best, pity the Caliban's cut in half because that could actually make me buy him
Also, ugh the Nomad/PanO girls' faces.

I agree with Pierz, they are sculpted and painted worse then others. Scarface is the only one I actually like, he is pretty cool

The Haaq and Nomad models have to be cheaper than the others right? There is so much less to them. I wonder what the prices are going to be.

~13 € for the small ones, ~36 € for the big ones.

These were probably painted by the back-up studio painter.
His black lining.is much more pronounced than Angel's.
I dig the line. I think they would make great display pieces for stores and have plenty of conversion possibilities.
You could separate Jie from the downed Scarface when Joe climbs out.
The TAG piece left as new terrain.

Back up? You mean ghost painter. Because Angel claims he painted them:
Joe,
O-Yoroi,
Tech and
Lizard. The pics above are worse than Angel's, shadow areas lost lot of detail.
Well, on a different line, at least two of the Bootleg minis so far are also usable (Lizard & Maghariba pilots), so not a production resources waste from a gaming perspective.

I wonder if some of the issue is with the photos? The contrast looks quite strong, and shadows quite pronounced (more than usual)
Really like these though! Especially the Haqqislam and Nomad pilots, and I'm sure I'll get that Scarface mini because it just looks so cool!

All are cool.
I have ZERO problem with Sexual Objectification on a miniature or anything else for that matter. I have been to exotic dance clubs, gentlemen, now THAT is sexual objectification. And I kept going back....
That being said, Joe Scareface is freaking cool!

Butt what?
Nomads' i-Khol?
So distracting people post links to Angel's over and over.

I've decided that most of these are going to end up as "booth babes" at Akechi Motors (my TAG dealership).
Joe I want on General Principles, though I'm going to have to set him up to be separate if it's at all possible.

Definitely getting Maghariba Pilot and Joe. Like others have noted, I'd want Joe separated and use his destroyed TAG as either a wreck marker or terrain. The rest would make great 'recruiting holos' if I could manage that hologram effect while painting them...

I am impressed with all of the paint jobs on these miniatures. Smooth transitions for the highlights and the picture quality is pretty astounding. The depth of field on these photos is astounding and the colors really punch through. A lot of work went into these miniatures from start to finish.
The only thing I would say is that the highlights seem a little larger than I would go for but they are so well done I can't fault the painter.
