Chapterhouse lost and was forced to pay damages to GW on one major issue there Doomseer model.
As you can clearly see here Chapeterhouse did steal the IP for the Eldar Warseer and they are now banned from selling this and paid damages. This was not a smart move on their part. This image is the one Beasts of War had put up on their channel.
Now you should still rejoice in the verdict because GW instead of simply demanding they stop selling this tried to wipe the company off the map. GW failed in their assassination attempt thus you may rejoice. You may also wag a disapproving finger at Chapterhouse for crossing the line.
