OK, this isn't Sunday, but I'll still post my report.
Had a great group of players. Only one had any real knowledge of the Infinity background, but they were all willing to learn. They picked up on the "ethically ambiguous" nature of the background almost immediately and ran with it.
Act I was primarily information gathering and social interaction, and it went very well. The social "combat" rules are very intuitive, and mesh very well with roleplaying (as opposed to reducing it to "roll playing"). Act I climaxed with an infiltration/combat, that also went very well. A nice dramatic escape at the end.
However, I lost track of time, and let Act I go on too long, which meant that I basically eliminated Act II to get back on schedule.
...which made the first scene of Act III seem pretty forced - I could have done it much better had I paused to give it a bit of thought (which I didn't do). However, it did evolve nicely to the climactic 3-way battle, and the players forgave me the pacing error.
The feedback to me in the end was: best game of the con thus far, BUT the pacing could have been far better. I'll take it as constructive criticism.
The system worked like a charm, but there was some initial confusion on how Reactions worked (fostered by an incomplete initial understanding myself), but we worked it out.
