So i'm still very new to the game and currently trying to create my first army list for Nomads Bakunin Sectorial. I want to build an army with Reverends as the core units and use their ability to link to my advantage. Would like to know what you think about the idea and setup, tips and tricks but also disadvantages of the link teams wich i might have missed and possible ideas on wich units could work great to support the Reverends.

Idea I:

Image Jurisdictional Command of Bakunin
──────────────────────────────────────────────────

Group 1 Image Image Image9 Image0 Image0
Image KUSANAGI Lieutenant MULTI Rifle + Light Flamethrower, E/M Grenades / Pistol, Shock CCW. (+1 | 44)
Image REVEREND HEALER Boarding Shotgun, Nanopulser / Pistol, EXP CCW. (32)
Image REVEREND CUSTODIER Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Combi Rifle + Marker / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 34)
Image REVEREND CUSTODIER Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 31)

Another important question is the following:
I can add Kusanagi to a full Reverend Moira link team and the Healer to a full Moira or Custodier link team,
but can i also add both these units to the same full Moira team, creating a 6 person link team of Kusanagi, Healer and four Moiras?

You can't make a 6-model Link Team.

So, it is 4 Moiras + either Healer or Kusanagi, or 3 Moiras + Kusanagi + Healer.

As for the lists, #1 is a bit short on Orders (9 regular Orders in a list based on Medium Infantry?). Also, I see no point in having 3 Hackers (who don't come cheap!) while you have next to no capability of setting up a Repeater network for them. One Marker only...?
I'd recommend dropping one Custodier in favour of some REMs.

#2 should work, provided oyu manage to scrape a few more points to give oyur Chimeras a full Pupnik complement. Single Pupnik is a little too few...

I guess list #1 is indeed too short on orders, not as into the mechanic yet to have a good feeling for these yet, the irregular order from the Chimeras not making it easier. And good point on the hackers, especially if i findmyself against someone without something to hack.
Speaking of wich, i don't know why only one Pupnik is listed as it should be three each, so two full Überfallkommandos for 300 points flat, will see if i can fix that.

I also have been pondering about a squad of Riot Grrls but i guess for list #2 they are not really needed in addition to the Überfallkommandos.

Edit: The Pupniks are now listed right.

You can kit out the Moiras for a long-range support role (with HMG and MSR). And they should be pretty resilient over long range, in Cover and with the ODD (untill someone brings a MSV. And, for example, Shock Ammo. Or a DTW up close...) and their ARM 3. Personally, I would also try to squeeze the EM LGL in, too. Should a TAG or HI wander close enough, it is going to really ruin their day. It would be worth to unlink and Speculative Fire it if needed, I guess.

Grrls have to do with Spitfire, Combi / Multirifles and shotguns (note - I'd try to squeeze in one Multi, Shock / AP is very useful. also, at least one shotgun for close-in work, and at least one Combi to have the Blitzen - it is a great TAG stopper). That's a nifty setup, but way shorter-ranged. Meaning you'd need to get closer to your opponent - and this means burning some Orders.
Though still less than if you were doing the same thing with Moiras.

All in all, Grrls are more resilient (2 Wounds, no Shock vulnerability because of that) than Moiras. Then again, Moiras are more difficult to hit (ODD! A -6 to hit is indeed Serious Business)... untill someone brings up something to level the playing field. Back in 2ed I used to suffer pretty badly from Moiras, and for a time a Djanbazan Sniper (MSV L2) became a standard issue for me...

So in general the R. Moiras are the stronger shooters while the Grrls are shining more in short range and possibly even CC. Guess it depends on own playstyle but also the enemy wich troops are better...without knowing details yet but my friend currently plans to buy a Morat army of 300 points, so i will likely fight those guys most of the time.

Not "stronger shooters". In terms of flat Balistic Skill they are exactly the same: BS 12. In Close Combat, Moiras are going to fare better minimally better (due to better CC value. Damage output will be the same - Grrls have better PH, but worse CC armament), but neither of them are going to shine in CC.

It is skills and equipment that makes the difference. Moiras have access to long-ranged weaponary (HMG & MSR), and ODD is going to make it pretty difficult for your opponent to hit them, thus making Moiras more likely to win Face-to-Face against enemy shooters (still, clever enemy will adjust range for his advantage and then use sheer volume of fire). However, this penalty is easy to counter under right circumstances / with the right tools.

Grrls don't have that array of long-ranged weaponary. What they have, however, will do fine on medium and short range. Their equipment / skills offers them a bonus to Dodge rolls, and allows to mitigate effects of obscurement / camouflage / ODD (like the one Moiras have - against Grrls, it would be only half as effective). Grrls are way easier to be hit under normal circumstances, but being HI, they have the benefit of 2nd wound (thus they can take more punishment and still carry on). Of course, being HI they have their own weakness to Hacking.
