My first advice? Play-test it, buddy :)

For my taste, it looks quite like a glass-hammer. You have a number of rather fragile (if hard-hitting) models in a tight, single-group list.

Also, what game type is this list for? Kill-out, YAMS, 20x20, ITS, some other mission system?

I'd also consider the Spitfire Muyib to be unnecessary, as you have a HRL already (which is cheaper, and, in my opinion, superior in 9 cases out of 10). A Minelayer (Viral or E/Mauler, your choice) could be useful. Also, it would be excellent to have a Muyib LGL on theteam (primarily for the smoke rounds: he will be able to provide your link with Smoke to cover their movement).
I'm not sold on Yasbir in the Link Team - this variant lacks the smoke grenades.

al-Djabel is nice, but most of the time a cheaper ordinary Fiday would be able to get the job done (and not be as sorely missed once he falls. For your opponent is likely to do everything to get rid of him!).

Still, Hassassin Bahram is considered to be one of the more difficult Sectorial Armies to play, and I can't consider myself an expert on the matter. I just say I think this list won't be working right for me. It might work for you just fine - but we won't know that until you playtest it.
