Brand new player Vanilla 150

I'm brand new and about to purchase some models. A few other people in the area are jumping into Infinity as well and Haqqislam really intrigued me. I put together this list after reading a few articles and I think it will be a good starting point and allow me to expand in any direction.

There's little chance of running into a significant amount of hackable targets at 150pts - 1 HI or REM is usually the max, due to points cost. And since we're not Nomads, I'd say the chance of getting a Repeater next to it is pretty slim.

I'd suggest swapping out the Barid Hacker for something else. My perosnal preference would be a HMG, tohugh with these points you could only afford a Ghulam HMG, IIRC, and a Nasmat REM for your Doc.
That, or another Lasiq...

Seems better, especially since you're quite likely to encounter somebody with Mimetism / Camo or Smoke, and Djan HMG willbe making short work of such characters.

you need to learn a lot of Hassasins ... especialy - profile of there units
Barid got Marker so geting Repeater next to anything is quite easy and "next to" is 8 inches

list nr 2 - better SWC usage but is this a better list ? and on 150p you get 3,5 SWC not 4 - 4 is for 200

Gulams - good , Naffatum Good , Hunzakut - Good , Janisarry - good to learn how to use it but not best

let me c , Azrail Spitfire , Ghulam doctor +2 Ghulams for 13p (one LT) Naffatum for 12 and a Lasiq sniper - seams you like this mini thats 120p and 3,5 SWC so i got 30p to add stuff

so What are your "must have units"
- we can work a list for you around them

Maru, I've been a target for repeaters more than once. They've shown to be rather inaccurate, unless you are within 16" of your intended landing spot and actually see it.

Which means - you'd need to maneuver yourself into a positon 16" from your target spot wityh your Barid, and then get a clear LoF to the target. And this eats up your Order stack - all to have just a chance of hacking something - and usually, there is just 1 hackable thing on table at 150pts. Sometimes there is nothing hackable there.

Therefore I suggest a direct approach - bring in a HMG or something alike and blast the hackable target (and anyu non-hackable one too!) back to Shaitan. Hacking - especially in ARO - is fine, but without a good repeater network and enough hackable targets it is rather a waste of Orders...

Looks solid to me. Naffatuns are always good, three Ghulams for possible LT, solid Doctor, and the old murder staples of Djan HMG and Lasiq. Yeah, I don't see anything wrong with this list.

Ah its 1 SWC for 50 points. So no 3,5 for you sir! UNLess you play 175 points now these days.
