Here is all of the parts spread out. The Mk-12 wielding Sin-Eater Observant is going to help us today.
Unfortunately, one of these door bases was missing from the package. Luckily, I had a few extras from a previous order, and my experiences with their customer service have been great, so I'm not concerned at all about the missing piece.
Doors are glued onto their bases.
And the handles are glued onto the rolling garage doors.
Ladders assembled. The spacing between the rungs are perfect for miniatures to climb up.
The inner catwalk supports attached to the back wall.

The supports for the front wall have been added (Note, many pieces, like these supports, fit so perfectly in place that gluing isn't necessary.
Next we add the supports to the side walls.
And the lips attached to the sides of the roof. One of my only beefs with this building is the height of these lips. I would have liked to see taller walls so that they could serve as cover for someone at the edge of the roof. That said, there's plenty of space on the roof to add scatter terrain like air conditioner units, solar panels, or anything else you'd see on a roof.
Here's the floor, with the outer-most garage door frames installed. Here's something else I've got a beef with, but most likely cannot be helped. I like to completely assemble a building before priming it, but if I put both pairs of door frames in, I wouldn't be able to add the rolling garage doors once everything's primed. I'm not sure if there's a better way this could have been done, due to the nature of the rolling doors, it's just an observation.
Here's my favorite part of this building, as well as the smaller single-bay garage they produce. The flexible doors.
Now before we put some paint down on this, let's talk about my one last beef with this building. The other buildings I've purchased from Shark Mounted Lasers have a little bit of artwork etched into the walls, roofs, and floors. Some just have a few lines, or a hexagon. As you can see on this piece, everything is just flat, bare walls. I would have liked to see something on some of the surfaces, but I can always print out some posters or something to attach later.
After letting the glue dry, I took everything outside, and primed it. I use Rust-Oleum light-grey sandable auto primer for all of my minis and terrain.
The primer is dry, so here are all of the pieces again.

And the front wall attached. This isn't really a complaint, but the tabs and slots were cut so perfectly, and once pieces were primed, it was rather difficult to assemble things. This means that things should stay together really well over time though.

Throw in some ladders I would have liked to see a more permanent method of attaching the ladders. Right now they just side on the floor and catwalk, and a bump of the table could knock them over.
Look at the size of this thing once the roof is placed on top.
This building is Sin-Eater approved. He's asked to come along the next time I document a build. We'll see if he returns.
If you're looking for a large building that won't break the bank, this is it. The Warsenal garage is a beauty, but you could almost buy 2 of the SML warehouses for the same price.

They've got some very reasonably priced terrain, including $8 buildings, L-shaped buildings, Retro-Futurist curved-corner buildings and more. So check them out when you get a chance.
This will the first in a line of builds/reviews of terrain I'm going to make for the site. My next one will happen when I get my large order from Underground Laser's KickStarter, which will include a Train, and a Train Station.
