CONTAINER RANGE

CubEST series

Terrakami Industries presents its new container series CubEST (Cubic e-Structures) featuring a double shielded frame and re-entry temperature resistance. This new series fits the most demanding military requirements and allows safe orbital and ground transportation. Besides, all the elements of the series CubEST display self assembly connectors that allow you to put all its resilience to your service building heavy duty prefabricated structures in minutes.

Hyperion series

The containers of the new Hyperion series represent the best choice for long distance orbital shipments where high transport costs make unfeasible the containers back shipping. Its lightweight single framed structure offers an unbeatable quality-price ratio without sacrificing resistance or stability. Start saving using our Hyperion range of disposable containers.

Damn this looks awesome. Actually signed up just to comment on this one. So guess that makes this my debut post :D
I will seriously get one of these when they come out. Can I however make some suggestions?
Each cart seems very closely packed together, like the train would not be able to turn even a wide bend. Maybe it's just me.
Also, different types of carts would be awesome. Allowing you to customize your train with maybe a mixture of passenger compartments, armored enclosed freight compartments, and your current container haulers.
I really like the look of the tracks also. Maybe allow for an upgrade set with 2-3 different height elevations (5cm, 10cm & 15cm).
Ou, and a train platform and maybe even a loading crane.
Just some ideas :D

The wagons needs to be in contact each other to fit the requeriments for the Paradiso scenario 205 which was the main reason to design the train. But the wagon would have an upgrade pack in the future to add conector pieces as should have a real train (using magnet to use them or not depending on the scenario). The cargo clamps are removable also to fit the "no cover" requeriments in that scenario but to use them in regular games.
Also would be in the future passanger cars and the tracks (both ground and elevated).

Holy Cow. Awesome!

65 €? sold... what's the weight of this beast? I bet shipping will make me poor when I look at the prizing.

Why the hell is shipping in Spain so expensive?

This train look awesome and it is certainly on my list.

One question what is the underside of the train and carriages like? Is it flat or is there a channel that would make it feasible to mount on a monrail-esque track?

I am really happy that you liked the model.

Everything will be fully restocked on december 27th. The full train packed and ready to ship weights a bit less than 2 kilos, to try to keep it on a feasible shipping range.

The underside of all the components is not flat. They have space thought for a future rails system. In this picture you can see a channel in the middle of the locomotive front to be used to alocate the track.

Back from the shadow to show the first prototype for our upcoming High-speed MagLev train
Image

Some people asked us to develop a new train model with more soft lines in contrast with the heavy industrial look of our first model. Our main idea was to make a model based on not right angles but keeping the design simple and solid enough. And finally here is it!

This model will have playable interiors as ussual, and we are optimizating the desing to give it even a better price than our first model.

Real pictures very soon!

Looks very promising.
I guess, I still prefer the "old" design as it somehow better fits the colonization theme in my head and probably is more convenient when it comes to playability, terrain setup and storage (as boring as right angles are, the do bring some advantages, especially with true LoF).

You know a lot of sci fi movies have taken place on passenger trains...

Perhaps keeping the train but also create some passenger cars to play through? With lift off roofs? I mean if we are asking for the world....

Great stuff as always Diego!
