tohaa starter pack

This may sound like a stupid question. Is the Tohaa starter pack a good purchase?

Don't really want to spend money on models that May be easily replaced by better units.

In my opinion one of the best. Almost an auto-include together with Kamael boxed set, the Chaksas boxed set and Kumotail boxed set. Add Gao Rael or the Sakiel for more support. Done. Kamael are the cheap troops to get the Tohaa fireteams to 3.

Conversely I dont like the Kamael box set or the Kumotail, but the starter is definitely a good purchase.

I ended up getting the starter set, box of chaksa, the two gao rael, box of makaul, a sakiel and a gao torsos.

Should get a good force out of that.

Certainly! The same setup was ordered by my girlfriend: solid force!

Got almost the same stuff myself, you should certainly have enough to try out different stuff and decide whether you want to go for kamael swarm or invest in symbiont armoured chaps.
