Morat mega monkey force

I am very new to this game and war gaming in general, and I am leaning towards starting a combined army, probably morat based (for no reason other than I like the models). I don't really know much about the game, can someone talk me through how a morat gun line would work, as opposed to say, a PanO gun line (my knowledge extends as far as "both are shooty")
