Conversions To Morat Aggression Force

ok so i just got the craziest idea also no idea if this is the right forum for it. I have a small collection of 40k orks and im thinking about converting them to a somewhat goofy looking morat army (40k is all but dead where i am). Mind you this is purely for fun and not meant to be run in any official its games (thats what aleph is for) also money is kinda tight right now. So i come to you guys asking this what would you use for conversion bits? And what should i convert a warboss too? pretty sure it is a tag size base.

i did post this to the main infinity forum but figured i would post here to reach those that dont use it.

also what should i shoot for? and what should i avoid?
