Hello friends/opponents, I have been wondering when we shall get N3 Sectoral rules soon. 2 Métros is unacceptable please, I'm new to N3 and have just caught up to speed with the new units stats.

The sectorial lists are in the N3 Unit Profiles document (at the back), which can be downloaded from the CB site.

More sectorials will be in Acheron Falls when it is released.

The mrrf sectorial list with AVA for that sectorial is on page 202 of 224.
The MRRF AVA value IS shown for metros.

Not sure why no one has just given you the link to the new units profiles.pdf for you already because clearly you might have not have seen it.

Has anybody ever used 6 Paracommandos?

Para-commandos seem solid even if you deploy them on the ground, of course you pay a few points for AD1 that might not be used, but they're pretty cheap

Regular, Mimetic Light Infantry (MOV 4-4) with BS 12, WIP 14 and ARM 2?

Nothing to look down upon. Specialist (FO) for 21 pts, Rifleman for 20pts, HMG for 31pts? Sniper for 27pts? They may be somewhat less tempting in the MRRF (as they are no Link Team capable), but still good, sollid profiles for solo operators.

And just as TanKoL says, you can always choose to deploy some of them (depending on the terrain configuration - you just choose right profiles) in AD L1, and some right on the board. AD L1 isn't expensive, so you don't pay much for an unused skill.

6 may be over the top, but I use 4. Or 2 and mirage 5. Drop 4 paras with a coordinated order and flank the enemy. I also have 3 chasseurs in the list to protect against assault if I don t get the initiative.

Just a quick note, the Infiltration options for the Metros and Moblots still can't link. This was confirmed by Bostria on the official forums: even if not printed in the Unit Profiles, the restrictions on Links as defined in Human Sphere still apply.

ok, so what is the best link for Merovingia? Is Metro link a sufficient one ?

I'm favorable towards the Loup Garou, personally.

Metros aren't awful, though!

With MRRF, there's no reason to limit yourself to a single link
one of my regular opponents (who's also a damn good player) generally brings a 5-man team of Briscards / Loup-garous in one group, and then 5+ metros / bruant / spec-ops in the other group

well, you are only allowed to have one linked team at a time. Sure, once your briscards are dead, you can link up the metros. But once your briscards are dead, you usually have a big problem.

On the question of which unit should be linked I have to say that It depends on what you want to do and how many points you are playing. I only play briscards in 300 pts games. If I want to use heaps of paras and other stuff, I just use the cheap metros, probably with Bruant as a team member.

I really wonder if MRRF will see changes in the mythical book of Archaon.

What makes a Link "the best one"?

I'm primarily QK player myslef, and Link Teams are what QK is good at. But I can't point out "the best one" there. It all depends on situation - and the list's concept: what do I intend for the Link to do on table?
