Newbie Starting with Caledonian Sect. Advice/List Welcomed

Currently I have Tearlach McMurrough. Any advice using him/lists built around him to compliment the big guy would be very much welcomed.

List Wise I'd like a nice balanced one if that is possible (I.E. Specalists,a few special weapons, sniper(s) if possible)

Also again general advice/tips playing the Caledonian Sectorial would be really welcomed, Thanks!
