What about this new potential ITS scenario?

Take A Prisoner!
The goal of this scenario (300 points, normal placement rules) is to bring an enemy model back to your DZ, either in the Immobilized or Unconscious state. Doing so nets the player who succeeds 4 points. To "drag" the body, use the normal Casevac rules. Each extra model captured in this way nets the player who succeeds 2 extra points, to a maximum of 4. If both players have succeeded in bringing the same number of models to their DZ, they each net 2 points per model only. Points are counted at the end of turn 3.

Stun Ammunition: for this scenario, during deployment, each player must indicate which if any of his units is using Stun Ammunition (and on which weapon). For this scenario, even CC weapons can be replaced with Stun CC weapons.

At the start of the game, each player rolls for 2 extra objective on the ITS table. These objectives are worth 1 point.

Edited to use the suggestion about Casevac rules below.
Edited again to use the suggestion about Stun ammo rules below.

@Alphast: That's a nicely concise mission idea!

The problem is that I think you'd have to make a game last longer than 3 turns.

It would need some testing. But I think 3 turns is doable. I can't remember a game when there was not at least 1 unconscious enemy model very near or even inside my deployment zone at the very least on T2. I was also thinking about netting points if you manage to hack something and bring it forcefully to your DZ. But I don't know if that's even possible. If it is and the target remains hacked until the end, consider it a success in regard to this scenario.

Ah, that's a point I hadn't been thinking about.

Hacking an HI, REM or TAG brings it to the Immobilized state, so you could grab it. I think you should take a look at IJW's Carrying Things rules for moving stuff. I can totally see a DogWarrior or TAG picking up an unconscious/immobilized 'victim'.

The problem comes with needing to keep the model Immobilized.

Or use the official Casevac rules which are a lot more straitforward. http://infinitythegame.wikispot.org/casevac

I hadn't thought of the Casevac rules, but they would obviously be better than mine. Consider them adopted for this new "ITS" scenario.

Reading through it again, the maximum score appears to be four rather than the standard ITS maximum of ten?

Another suggestion - instead of having a special rule for CC specialists, apply the rules for Stun ammo, which means it can be loaded into MULTI weaponry and players can replace weapons with a single special ammo type with stun ammo. For example the CCWs of CC specialists.
