Story-driven tournament

Hi!
I'm holding a tournament in Oslo in January. I plan to not use the ITS, instead making my own system and missions as I want a more story-driven approach to the event.

And of course I would love some feedback and testing. So read it, and comment away :-). Still a bit wip, but anyway...

I have split the rules into 3 parts:

1/ The main rules:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uaf ... cslist_api

2/ The scenarios I'm testing out:
https://drive.google.com/folder/d/0B_yi ... NDWWM/edit

3/ The specific rules for the January event, the Paradiso Wars
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Py1 ... cslist_api

Now for the why not ITS:

"StoryTournament is a laidback tournament format where the main goal is having fun games together while we get to see the big picture that our SpecOps are a part of."

I have always thought Infinity a game where the missions needs meaning. You don't send small elite forces to battle each other over unimportant goals. In that way I really like the Paradiso campaign book, even though I find the scenarios a bit complicated. But it gives a meaning, a context to the games. I also think that the mirror games (both sides has the same objective) feels a bit dull. They are certainly balanced, but often doesn't really convey a strong story. If one part wants to assassinate someone, the opponent should be protecting the target, you know ;-).

Sorry for the wall of text, but... I don't know how to say it shorter.

Any and all feedback is welcomed!
And if you want to come and play in the tournament, even better!
