Hello guys,

I've been collecting the Infinity miniatures for a while now, but have only just starting playing games with my brother.
I have a good collection of figures from all of the Factions, many of which I am still assembling.

I just cannot get enough Infinity!
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
How popular is Infinity over there in Australia? I reckon with GW being awfully expensive in Oz, other TTs have risen in popularity?

Welcome to the boards!

Thank you for the warm welcome guys!

I stopped playing WHFB and GW games just after the release of WHFB 7th edition. I've since made the jump to Warmachine/Hordes (Menoth and Legion!) and have been collecting Infinity figures for the last few years.

Infinity appears to be steadily gaining new players and more interest in Australia. There is a very strong Facebook AU group and it has a good presence on www.wargamerau.com. In my area (Darwin, NT) there are only a few players and collectors. In the Sourthern cities there have been several 20 player tournaments, with more to come.

Welcome Tom! You simply cannot have enough Aussies in this place! They bring good beer to the table.....

Coopers Pale Ale or James Squires Golden Ale are my regulars :D I am also partial to the odd single malt whiskey (Aussie Lark or Laiphroag 10 year are the usual suspects) when I am getting stomped!

Hi Tom. I hope you can make the scene grow up in Darwin. Best of luck. Let us know if you ever come to Sydney.

Thank you Lone_Pathfinder. I am still playing games with my brother, but I hope to hit up the local gaming clubs and drum up some more interest.

Welcome to Data-Sphere and Infinity.

Good luck with the expansion! It's tough, but very rewarding to succeed.
