Funny story:
I was using
Bacon Ipsum today to work out some dummy content for a web design and I noticed biltong as one of the meats in the text. It reminded me of Infinity.

I've barbecued the drumsticks on the roof a garage in Brooklyn during the 4th of July with a friend and his neighbor and her girlfriends. They where pretty good. Amazingly large though.

LOL! Actually, it tastes almost exactly like beef or a little like some game meats. Although much less game-y. The steaks have zero fat, which makes them extremely tasty but you have to marinade them well if you don't want to dry them out in the grill. Frying is fine. Since there's so many ostrich farms here, it's dirt cheap. Especially after the whole bird flu thing when Europe decided they couldn't import it anymore.
I've never seen the drumsticks in the shops though.
Ostrich egg, on the other hand, actually tastes like chicken. Smoked chicken.

Aaargh! Food talk and just when I went and spoiled my stomach!
In other news, helloes Lampyridae! And Cervantes, and Athanadros, and Oreet and Seps... its just too long to write monk. Seems like the forums will be really lively if we got all of you and Chokonnit around.
