Actually, now there is. Seek a "thumb up" icon in the upper right corner of a post, next to "Quote" button.

Mmm. I'll have to check on my home desktop, because here at work all i see is the "report" targeting reticicle and the quotation mark options.

I can't see it in either Corvus or Digital styles.

Very weird, that it only shows in one of the views.
