Help to choose army!

I have a really hard time choosing a faction, perhaps you guys can point me in a direction.

I really like the figures of many armies, wich make it so difficult. Like :pano: PanOciana high BS and knights in space, love :nomad: Nomads idea of repels not giving a damm about rules, :aleph: Aleph being AI and often superior rules, :haqq: haggislam for having girl soldiers squads and good doctors, and so on with basicly the most armies.

1) Sectorial what I understand is a good thing right? cant help but fear the lack of link team and so might be a issue in vanilla armies. Feel free to tell me otherwice.

2) I dont have a job currently, so money is a big issue. Wich make me think a elite army is better. See if I can keep it to one group.
I am however aware of the issue of lack of orders in low points game, but have of yet not a plan how to get around it.

3) I would not mind some females in the army. After all, being a guy and all.

4) Now with only 2 or 3 games so far (being like 70 to 120 pt game) I am really not sure of what to expect of the game. However I have always like the idea of mobility and interesting tricks up the sleeve like troops dropping down from above to spoil the other players plan or units with posibilities for alternative deployment.

 I know I already made a simular post in the welcome part of the forum, but this section seems more right for it, and seem more visited, so please accept my appologies

1) otherwise :v: Seriously though, the vanilla has so much more unit diversity that alternative builds overcome the lack of links.
2) elite armies have a different playstyle, proxy and play around with a vanilla Aleph list and a QK to compare which ones you'll like more.
3) We've got diversity here, it's not the middle ages :v: PanO may be more of a sausage fest due to Military Orders.

...and here's what I said over there:

The standard first answer to any question about which faction to play is always: play the one you like the look of the most, that you'll enjoy painting, and whose fluff really draws you in. I don't think the playstyles of the different factions are as starkly different as in some other games so you are unlikely to end up with an army that forces you to play in a way that doesn't entirely suit you.

Regarding some of your specific questions:

1) Sectorials. Fireteams are powerful and while we struggle against them in my local casual meta, I don't think they're game-breaking. I often hear of vanilla armies winning tournaments so I can only conclude there's balance. Thing is that the overlap between a sectorial and vanilla is decent so it's by no means a stretch to collect an army that can switch back and forth between them if there are specific non-sectorial models you just love the look of.

2) In some factions there are low cost order generators - such as Aleph Netrods - that can mitigate the costlier troops. Otherwise, most factions can field low cost cheerleader grunts. I don't know what the consensus is but I often field 10 model lists, partly out of the convenience of not having to juggle two order groups!

3) I'm with you! It's nice that most armies in the future are equal opportunity employers so you should be able to field a mix of genders. Most Light Infantry sets have female representation. Haqqislam Odalisques are really cool, Aleph has plenty of ladies (Asura, Deva, Posthumans, even a TAG in battle heels!), Combined Army Speculo Killer is a real femme fatale.

4) Again, most factions have a spread of tricks and basic representation of things like Airborne Deployment, Camo Infiltrators.

I think taking all points into consideration, I'd say that Aleph might be a good choice for you. You've got tricksy things like ODD, Infiltrators, Airborne Deployment and access to top tech. Plenty of strong female models. Totally viable 10 model lists.

That may be bias from me being primarily an Aleph and Haqq player. But also, as I've hopefully noted, there's no one standout faction for you and you should always refer back to the first answer: play what you like the look of :)
