And another is
Infinit Pool.
Aleph Toolbox has a movil mode (check Menu > Config), just in case there is no app.

Aleph toolbox does have an android app. I use it on my android 7" tablet with no issues (and have the remote storage ID synced between browser app (chrome) and app so I can carry the lists with me after I make them.
I have a windows phone, so phone viewing of anything more complex than a text or twiiter is more or less something I don't do anyway.

Aleph Toolbox is the best for me. If you're on Android, don't use the app on a tablet. It's not scaled for it. The browser based version is fine though and the game mode helps immensely.

I use Aleph toolbox on my Android phone with 2.5" screen. It's a bit slow due to hardware limitations, but I'm happy with it.

The browser based version of Aleph Toolbox is better than the app in general anyways.

Has anyone ever put together a complete list of available army builders and where to find them?
That would probably be a good resource worth stickying.
