Does anyone know where I might find a list of the limited edition figures that CB has made over the years?

I'm not sure cosplay bolt and Gencon Penny are limited edition, they're available from CB's store as bootleg models:

It also says they're special edition, not limited edition.

Gencon Bolt is also being sold from Tabitha Lyon's site.
Gencon Penny was an advance release for gencon (like the anaconda and scarface were) and probably going general release.

The Bolt is not for sale by CB anymore, read the text. You have to go to Artyfakes shop as chromedog said.
