is there any web store that sells individual parts for infinity?
I'm sure this has been asked before but when fishing you have to cast out your line more than once.

No. Mostly.
ChoKonnit (of ShaeKonnit Games) takes requests to sell individual models from boxes (see this topic), but he's not a parts service beyond splitting apart the generic Spec-Ops blisters (that is to say, not the Dire Foes) into individual pieces.
