MayaNet is a companion tool that makes it easy for you to browse, build, and play Infinity, a Sci-Fi miniature game. You should find it easy to browse all models in the Infinity universe, build a roster of your preferred faction, and then play a game against your rivals.

MayaNet provides these awesome features:
- 100% Free
- Clear and concise interface that focuses on browsing, building, and playing.
- Full reference of Infinity units
- Create and store army and sectorial Rosters
- Fully offline Infinity Wiki that is also integrated into unit profiles.
- Toggle between two Rosters for list building or deciphering your opponents list
- Import and Export. Export through BBCode or HTML Email
- Spec Ops support

This app will fundamentally change the way you play Infinity.

Requires an iPad with iOS7.

Found here on the App Store:

I use it all the time and its also my go-to reference for Infinity as well. As a new player it has made the various forces a lot easier to understand

An update is on the horizon with new model entries. It's in beta now, and I'll try to make it a goal to get it out in early August.

Any chance of getting one of these for iPhone?

FAQ:

Q. Will it be for iPhone?
A. The iPhone is too small for the functionality. There are no plans for an iPhone version of Mayanet.

Q. Will it be for Android?
A. No. I am not an Android developer. Use Aleph Toolbox.

Q. I can't program, can I help?
A. You can report bugs, and model rules inconsistencies within the app. You can also become a beta tester. PM me.

Q. I have iOS programming experience. Can I help?
A. If you want to contribute I can give you access to the code repository. Due to IP issues, I can not publicly disclose the whole app's source code (Mainly because of model images).

Q. When will the next release occur?
A. Hopefully soon. We are in the final stages of 1.1 beta. This should include all the recent models.

Q. Can I donate?
A. You can find a link in the app at the bottom of the manual.

Thank you all.

Also shoutout to ToadChild, who has done most of the recent development work, as I have been busy.

Thanks for moving this thread over, Apollo. And thanks, as always, for creating this tool.

Current beta version is looking very solid, new profiles added, and options for Merc use.

Mayanet is a brilliant app that I use for most of my list building. Would be all, but I'm waiting on the update with the Spetsnaz and stuff :)

Apollo/ToadChild, is it intended that the brand new skills (such as marksmanship) are not linked to wiki entries in the beta version? I'm guessing a full re-import of the Wiki hasn't been a priority at this time, especially with what may need to change in N3.

I'll check in with Apollo how the wiki import works, since those skills have been added.

ToadChild is putting the final touches on the new release.

We should have a release to the App Store tomorrow if all goes to plan.

*fingers crossed*

Beta 1.1.7 is now showing the new skills Marksmanship and Ambushed Camo linked to Wiki snapshots. Looks good!
One thing I've noticed so far is that the Manual is no longer showing. When you tap it, a blank window opens in the center pane.
I'll be putting it through a day of full use tomorrow.

Whoops, that one was my fault. I got carried away clearing out old wiki data.

I hope you guys can get some early intel on N3, so the big overhaul of the app won't be delayed big time! :)
The update is nice work as always! This app is my to-go-to listbuilder since it came out!

Unfortunately, we're probably going to get our N3 info at the same time as everyone else. Not only am I going to be working on updating MayaNet, but I'm also going to need to make a bunch of changes for my die roller (which currently grabs its unit data from Aleph Toolbox).

Thanks for the Update.

But somehow the Wiki doesn't look right. There are several double or triple items.
Don't know if it lies on the updating.

There is something else, what happens when i deinstall an reinstall it after? Does the process delete my lists?

They appear to be name entries that are slightly different that link back to the same article. May be an artifact of the online wiki setup that just happened to be imported.

I'm fairly certain if you do a complete delete and reinstall you will lose any lists you have saved, so probably best to do an export first if you find it necessary.

Hmm, that's not good. We'll take a look at it. See if it causes us to fix and rerelease to the App Store.

So I took a look at the wiki index. It doesn't seem to be a duplication of every record.

The wiki index could be cleaner. Removing some entries that are duplicates like "Long Skill", and "Long Skills". I don't think its a deal breaker unless the issue is more along the lines of "Long Skill", "Long Skill", "Long Skills", "Long Skills".

This could be part of a minor release after 1.2 to clean up some of the entries.

It's good to remove clutter in the list, but at the same time, having these entries allows for more search coverage.

Let me know.

Also, this will probably not be solved by reinstall if its not duplicates entries of same name, like "Long Skill", "Long Skill".

The duplicate articles are from where the wiki has multiple aliases/redirects to the same content. It makes it a little easier to find things, at the cost of cluttering up the display a little bit.

Also: don't waste your time reinstalling. The wiki update present in 1.1.7/1.2 completely deletes and recreates the app's wiki index, so there is no way that old data could be corrupting anything.
