Not enjoying the new Infinity Army

I don't know what was wrong with the last one. I don't mind that there is a desktop version now, but its still really buggy and they got rid of the ability to export the list as a .pdf I don't know why they did that, but for me that alone makes me dislike this new version, no matter the pretty art or more easy navigability. Thoughts, anyone?

Basically they are trying to get rid of the heavy load in the server. The desktop one is a repack of the server one, and if you know how, you can even use it ignoring most of the repack. Most people have browsers than can print PDFs to file, or ways to get virtual printers installed, so direct PDF generation got the back seat.

Fair enough, I guess I just liked the simple "push a button and it makes a .pdf" part of it.

Same thing... at a certain moment. What you see are basically childhood problems and adapting yourself to the new layout.
At least these days it is mostly up-to-date, the previous ones (Army 5, Army 4) had noticeable periods when ther were not updated with current stuff.
Which made a lot of people switch to things like Aleph's Toolbox.

Yea, I agree ""better" is the enemy of "good""...

I think we should give them some time to apply the HS N3 changes :)

Something else that's weird that I've just found is that there are limited save slots on the desktop version.

I'm just forced into my old habits of copying all of my exported-army codes to a text file with a tagline for each list, I didn't even realize there were save slots!
