Just looking at things like this - and the bags of ceramic/resin bricks you can buy from several retailers:

I see things like this and thought they'd look great as little details on my bases. I've seen a couple of modelling projects recently that I've lost the links for that seem to use plastic bricks. One was a mecha leg knocking down a wall and the other was a steampunk alice in wonderland scenic who seemed to be on a disintergrating bit of brick pavement.

I would love to know if there's a good plastic brick / rubble supplier or if my eyes decieved me and these were in fact just resin bricks that had been undercoated.

I've used the Pegasus bricks, they aren't plastic but I use them a lot. They are a great product.

Those bricks look nice, but a bit overscaled. Maybe you can find smaller Pegasus ones?

A Company called "Juwela" produces Bricks 1:35 and 1:48 Scale. You can buy them in Germany here: www.pk-pro.de (Website is in english)

Direct link to the brick-category: http://www.pk-pro.de/index.php?k=72&lang=eng

perhaps there are other online shops which sell them.
