Found this from the Darkworld Creations 2000AD/Judge Dredd minis line, but looks like a great PanO civvie.

I have one of the older Warlord fatties
Use him as a civilian in games with the special rule 'no wound incapacitation'
(don't know if anyone can think of a special rule to represent 'fattie stampede'?

They must perform overruns, like if they were vehicles?
Reading the Fattie rules and mission, I think they will have some kind compulsory move, like Impetuous, but food related.

Mongoose has a lot of nice stuff with both min's and their RPG's.
