TRADING SECTION RULES
This is a temporary list of rules for the trading section. It may and will change in the future. However, any changes will not be retroactive.
1. DISCLAIMER
The Data Sphere forum does not endorse or recommend any of the products that are posted on this message board for trade. The arrangements that are made during the trading process are the responsibility of the persons involved and are in no way connected to Data Sphere.
If any person decides to take part in trading products on this message board then they do so at their own risk and agree that Data Sphere can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product involved or to any failure by one of the involved parties to carry out their part of the trading process.
Data Sphere does not make any revenue during the trading process. This service is provided free of charge, commission or any other type of income.
2. Contents of all posted offers must comply with applicable laws. In particular, trade in illegal/stolen goods is not allowed.
3. Please post clearly and explain the necessary details. In particular:
- state your location if not visible under your username (or different). Write whether you ship international or if it's local only.
- when selling miniatures, mention all missing parts and write if they're painted (well, tabletop, or only fit to be stripped?).
- when buying miniatures, write any and all conditions. For example: "I'd like to buy any Haqqislam minis. Make an offer. Unpainted/well stripped and complete minis only."
- if you want to exchange, write both what you have and what you're looking for, even in general terms. For example: "I have an Ariadna vanilla starter without the Chasseur, looking for any Merovingian minis. I want to get rid of the whole box only."
- write a good title that reflects the offer. Good examples: "Selling Shasvastii minis" "Selling spare parts from Guijia TAG" "Will exchange PanO starter for Haqq". Bad examples: "Minis for sale" (unless you really have a variety for sale), "Special offer!" (this will likely be deleted as spam).
