Yes, FOC. No, not "friends of Carlotta", FREE OF CHARGE. No catch (well, ok - ONE catch. I can only do the ones I have left for this).
Every so often, I will do a batch of these holos up for the local players. Over the last couple of years, I have ended up with leftovers for some of them. While I still have spares of these, I will endeavour to send them out until I run out. I have already made back my costs on these, this is why these leftovers are free.
I have made this offer on the official forums. I have made it on the Infinity Australia FB page, and I now make it here.

They are laserprinted onto clear overhead projector transparency sheet, and approx the same size as the sheets that used to be included in the blisters.
If you need some, and I have THOSE ones in stock, I will be happy to post them to you, FREE OF CHARGE, no trades required. You do not even have to pay postage.
You need merely PM me with a request for which ones you want and supply a POSTAL DELIVERY ADDRESS. I don't care if it's a PO box or a residential address.

So any more word on how to attach these babies? Just glue, or does that not work out well?

Mine arrived as well. My thoughts on attaching are using a clear post (like from the Xwing game or a flight stand) and magnets. remember when you glue the overlay you shouldn't use CA as it will frost the film. There are several brands of Glue that wont frost it though.

For mine, I have used a small drop of CA applied with the POINT of a pin to a small (1mm or so) REM (rare earth magnet) (in terms of surface area coverage, between 1/2 to 2/3 of the magnet was covered - NO excess glue seeped out around the edge). The key here is using a very small amount of glue. Matching magnet to the hand of the hacker where possible. Makes the holo removable and lowers the chance of it just falling off during transport.

Good airflow and low humidity are essential - it's a combination of TOO much glue, humidity and still air that creates the fogging.

Plasti-zap can also work (supposed to be formulated for clear plastics use).

Got mine today, I can already tell my Sophotect (and extra Yu Jing specialists, once I get around to converting them) will be happy with one!
I'll be using clear epoxy glue for them, any recommendations against it? Shouldn't fog the acetate from what I've seen.

If you apply it with a toothpick, it shouldn't warp the acetate, either (epoxies, like ACC adhesives, are exothermic and do get hot) - a pinhead sized amount shouldn't put out enough heat. Just apply it to the "rough" (reverse) side (which is the side that the toner is fused to. Epoxies don't like smooth surfaces any more than superglues do).
