Project Updates

Hi All,

Just a thread to let people know what we are up to atm:

We're currently a bit manic casting for Mantic and another company, supporting $1,000,000+ kickstartes, with another one due to start at the end of the year - hence our being rather quiet of late.

That doesn't mean we've abandoned Infinity though and we have now signed-up deals with the best MDF/laser cutting company in the UK to work on a couple of new projects that will be right-up there for Infinity Gamers, as well as some new CNC'd gaming table tiles and a new range of MDF buildings in the works....

On top of that we've got 17 new civilian sci-fi vehicles in the pipeline along with over 200 new scenery components, including a lot of "civy" scenery ideal for Infinity.

We'll also soon be selling Scenery Packs - which are designed to fulfil specific buildings, such as an Armoury set, a Mess-Hall, a Science-Lab and so on and so forth. These will be heavily discounted sets that allow you to furnish an entire building and will also include a "pick & Mix" option where you can pick what scenery components you want in your set.

Our own MDF designs are coming on strongly now although we will be going slightly away from the normal practice of just selling MDF shells and will be including customer-cast scenery elements included within building kits - so no more of these etched-only surfaces or multi-layered-MDF-attempts at surface scenery: we'll simply be adding in those components as pre-cast resin i.e. no more ugly surface fans, vents or air-extractors on your roof-tops, cobbled together from slices of MDF that look just like...well...slices of MDF! Instead we'll be giving you 3D highest-quality resin components included in the basic kit and all of the kits will have options for fully-detailed interiors and exteriors.

Jed's at work with a CNC company working on some new gaming table tiles and those and the new buildings are patterned to fit in with a new series of figure-bases which will allow you to have your figures based in an identical fashion to your gaming table for the perfect gaming look.

We've also signed a licensing deal with a major US distributor for them to produce your products in the USA for sale to North America, so you should start to see AW products available "natively" in the USA from some time later this year. :toot:

So there's lots and lots of goodies in the pipe and these will start trickling out over the next few weeks and months.

/Dee

More buildings are ALWAYS a good thing. It's looking like I should be able to but a couple buildings from every major Infinity supporter to make my city. And resin details are awesome!

Yep, definitely going to have a crazy scifi city by this time next year!

Even better. Overseas shipping is painful!

Yup and Aussie distrib would be handy.

New bases are out after Colours, along with the new buildings and building interiors.

5 new civvy vehicles now done - 2 approaching pre-order status once painting is done.

Barracks set of scenery also soon complete, along with new large-blocks of crates/barrels/tubes.

Ancedonttis workshop I think...

So weird that there's absolutely no mention of the name anywhere...

Antenocitis Workshop is the proper spelling.

And yes, amazing how some companies assume everyone knows about them, but I have seen worse miscommunications. Like announcing a crowdfunding project... and giving no link.

Seriously.

Great products, but there are so many of them that it's really easy to go overboard in a hurry!
