Scale and size?
This is a unique tank design. I like it.

I'm guessing 28mm based on some of the other stuff on the blog I saw, but with the medium tank I would go with B. Four corner balls and perhaps two center balls for weight balance? Then four corner ones for the light and perhaps eight if you do a heavy?

It reminds me of how I envisioned the "Hammers Slammers" vehicles when I read those books many years ago.
