Ok, I believe i have worked out a price for the minis.
These values are based off my price for the full box, and the fact that requests have been overwhelmingly for the minis, with only a scant interest in dice, terrain, book and markers.
I have added what I reckon to be a fairly reasonable price for the extras, but interest in these has certainly been minimal.
You shall notice that the CSU has not been added to this list, as it is not for sale; it's a reward for those who buy the full box.

These values could change if it transpires that there is actually a big demand for the rest of the box, but for now this is how it stands:

Postage prices:
UK £1
Europe £3.20
Rest of world £3.80
*If you requested a whole faction, either PanOc or Nomad, postage is free.

Pan Oceania:
Fusiliers £3.50 each
Nisses £5
Orc Trooper £5.50
Akali £5
Father Knight £5
3 Dice £3

Nomads:
Alguaciles £3.50 each
Grezner £5
Mobile Brigada £5.50
Spektr £5
Rev. Healer £5
3 Dice £3

Extras:
Book £4
Scenery £4
Markers + Templates £4
Mat £4

Here's something being discussed: the extras.

my idea thus far is buy a whole faction: get some extras!
So if you want all he minis for one faction, get their dice and some scenery for free, subject to availability.

Helps offset the slightly skewed pricing brought on by a lack of interest in the extras specifically.

Do you have an estimate what the shipping would be for the scenery stuff? They're pretty flat when folded, right?

I suspect shipping may be the same as usual.
To outside of the UK it is possible I may be able to do it for £2, but I shall need to watch the weight; price increases as soon as it hits 100g.

And i suspect it shall - I would need to reenforce the packets so they don't get messed up in transit.

Honestly though: if you have a mate who plays the other faction, just get the box. It's worth it. :)

I already got the box, but the terrain bits would be useful for organising tournaments in our club :)

Honestly I still don't know how CB got the buildings so flat in the BoW videos. They keep "rising" up from the floor for me.

Cut off the bottom edges, or score with a knife then run a little glue in the cut? Adds quite a bit of rigidity.

Rising? How? Maybe they put boxes with things inside, not just boxes. Or maybe push the boxes higher into the shells.
If not worth saving, is it worth rewriting? What is more, was it worth writing?

There are some, yes. That is still subject to change, however...

The scenery suddenly became very popular! Unfortunately, none are available from the pre-order lot unless someone backs out :/

Minus the bitz ;). Makes a big difference to shipping costs.

@Cho
If you can't swing it then I will pick and choose, no worries. Not like I'm desperately short of Alguaciles or Fusiliers!

Well, there are a couple of people here interested in the extras too for demo games, and I can always use more scenery for tournaments. I'll take a whole box then (although you can ditch packing materials etc to make it lighter).

£96 i believe.

The regular Ice Storm won't be any different in price from the Pre-order - that one just comes with the CSU as a reward for your love of the game :P

SA post is on strike (again). I also had to pony up about US$2 000.00 for a dental operation... would it be OK if I paid half now, half when the strike ends?

As for the terrain, I'd rather leave it for now.
