TUTORIAL: REMOVING MOLDS by Scar_hand Painting

by Nazroth » May 23rd, 2016, 12:57 am

Hey guys - I've made this one last week and thought that some of you can use it.

TUTORIAL: REMOVING MOLD LINES

A short quote from tutorial:
You have a free thumb – why not use it? I like to to hold the miniature with my left hand, moving it around under the knife. I keep the thumb of my right hand on the miniature, applying preassure and using it as the point to which the knife will be moved. This way I have a perfect control over the speed and the angle of the knife.

Some random pics:

If you like it - be sure to leave me some feedback - I live for it ;)

Molds? As in fungus? Mold lines you mean (also flash, vents and a handful other names, depending of the reason they exist, but simplest case is mold line). ;)
If not worth saving, is it worth rewriting? What is more, was it worth writing?
