"That" Refinery Kit

A few months ago I was looking at a plastic model refinery kit that apparently everyone in the world had already heard of but me - awesome for parts, full of great pipes and drums etc for converting and so on. It was pretty hard to get hold of outside of the US. And Ive forgotten the name of it. Can anyone help?

What I do: Chef by trade, arsehole by choice and I play and TO for Infinity when I'm not being either.
Some of it was even used in the old Mongoose Starship Troopers rulebook.
It's also been sold by Airfix (it's how I got some of my stuff.). There are dealers on ebay that have more of the ranges available (we only see about a quarter of the building kits outside of Russia and neighbouring countries).
