Played with the central building at last weekend's tournament. We removed to roof for the duration because its a time event. I won't be using it again for a tournament. But in casual play its ok.

Oh, it definitely is great :) But I guess MarkC found it too great for a tournament table.

We have a warehouse in our terrain set with a similar problem - it is big enough to be beliveable, and an interesting terrain piece on its own - but sometimes it is difficult to build a good table around it.

Fill up the wine cup and place it in my hand

No wasn't too big. But to remove the roof you have to revome the two bridges and the gazebo. Its too time consuming for a tournament. With the roof removed the building became more playable.
