Damn!

Those are some fine minis. Definitely make superb Mobile Brigadas and the one helmet reminds me of Khuang Shi. Still loving the gun, makes a perfect HMG or Spitfire for almost every faction. And they will get a Box set release in 2014!

the only think I don't like are the big fat soles on their boots. looks to cartoony for my taste. Its easily fixed though.

I actually dig the bigger soles for Vacuum Troopers; I'd imagine they'd have a magnetize option and such. That said, these guys will definitely fill the needed role of Mobile Brigadas for me. :P

Boxed release? I only remember some Mantic - Hasslefree boxes.

The Box will be Kev's first digital sculpting project. Maybe its a Pack of 4 or 5 and not an actual box, but since its CAD based, who knows, maybe different arms and poses are pretty easy to do than. I guess it will be similar to puppetswar.eu.

They're available in resins at the moment - but they will be done in metal in the near future.
Damn, I'm liking these. Looks like my PanO ORCS are going to get new models from a non-CB source.
(I only play vanilla outside of tournaments - so it's not like it's going to be an issue at club level).

Haha, yeah finally a Morlock/Bran I want/need to have, or a McMurrough, since he is rather tall: :toot:

Tank Girl makes probably a good Morlock or Chimera, since she got that baseball bat. Riot Girl would be the most obvious choice, but they don't have CCW and she doesn't look like wearing armor too. Lupe would fir rather nice though, with having a Panzerfaust and all that jazz.

He is cool. Not sure what I would use him for. Perhaps as bouncers to a Nomad strip club...

You better order those soon, they are limited for a charity project, and not sold by HF. Only the girl was sculpted by Kevin, the furry is Steve Blunt's.

Also, the suggested donation for Tank Girl herself is £20.

I guess the legs are a bit static, but its not that bad I think. I even believe they incredible intimidating because of it. Plus there will be more in the future and this is just the start!

As it seems this has became the HF news thread:

For those new to HF, grey ones are resins that should be released as cheaper metal in near future. With some exceptions, the "Mobile Brigada" has multiple females, and one model could be resin only.

The last one, the Captain... unless we request they cast it too. The difference with Lt is the helmet.

Makes a awesome Warcor, a second or third Chasseur, any classical engineer or doctor. Maybe even a Civilian to save, like a scientist.

I'm going to be using THIS Hasslefree mini as the dismounted "scarface" when it comes out.

I'm not keen on skinny-white-guy-with dreads (see too many around here as it is.). Don't have an issue with big Polynesian dude with dreads. Team him with a HF shotgun and it'll be apples. I'll call him "Ronan "scarface" Dex".

I don't like mixing children with my gaming.

Partially it's because I'm 45 and I already get odd looks walking into the local games stores mostly populated by pubescent magic players.

And as for anyone questioning me using Him as scarface - especially if they cite "but Cordelia is his sister and looks nothing like him" - I'll go with "She's adopted." Or "step-sister" or even "Genetics, it happens." :D

As it is, I only play one tourney a year (and 2015 will be a dry year - with NONE being played in) so use of proxies in ITS events is pretty much a non-issue for me. I use minis from whichever company provides the ones I like. I'm not exclusively loyal to any one company.

I used a different HF mini as my Scarface:

That there, there will be pure wine and honey and sugar
Fill up the wine cup and place it in my hand

Wow they just get better and better! The only dumb thing is that they all sport different weapons, so its rather hard to use them as clear proxies, for some Briscards or the like.

Get a bunch of compatible models and swap the guns. You get two weapons per full model, and IIRC some bodies have the exact same link points (with different leg poses). You can see this in the fact he is using resin masters and then build other parts like the legs or torso.

They should provide a clear list of "body A accepts weapons ..., heads ... and backpacks ...."
